Can the factory produce custom branded packaging for small orders?

Yes. At our MOQ of 50 pieces per style we can supply custom hangtags, printed polybags and printed cartons, but custom print carries a one-time setup cost that makes small orders less efficient per piece. A common approach is to start with standard protective packaging and brand the components the customer actually sees, then add full custom print once the style repeats at higher volume.

Are eco-friendly packaging materials much more expensive?

Recycled-content film and FSC-certified board are typically only slightly more expensive than virgin equivalents, and the gap narrows with volume. Compostable specialty films and reusable dust bags cost more and should be reserved for premium lines or specific markets.
