Do you allow third-party factory inspections?

We cooperate with all standard inspection formats commonly required by international buyers:

• Pre-production inspection – materials, approvals, and readiness checks
• During production inspection – in-line quality and workmanship review
• Pre-shipment inspection – final quality, quantity, and packaging verification
• Factory audits – quality systems, social compliance, and capacity evaluation

Inspections can be conducted by your preferred agency or auditor.

• Before bulk production to verify factory capability and materials
• During production to confirm consistency and workmanship
• Before shipment to approve quality prior to balance payment

Inspections may also be arranged before an order is placed, if required by the buyer.

• Notify us of the inspection type, preferred date, and agency details
• We coordinate production timing and prepare required documents
• Auditors inspect materials, production lines, measurements, and packaging
• Inspection reports are reviewed and any findings addressed promptly

Buyer-appointed inspections are typically paid by the buyer. If inspections are defined in the contract, costs are handled according to mutual agreement.

Regardless of who appoints the inspector, we remain fully cooperative throughout the process.
