What Payment Terms Does Ginwenwear Accept?

Ginwenwear accepts four payment methods for custom jacket orders: T/T (telegraphic transfer, also known as wire transfer), L/C (letter of credit), PayPal, and credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Payment terms are structured in stages corresponding to production milestones, designed to protect both the buyer and the factory. Payment Methods Accepted

Standard Payment Schedule

Order confirmation and production: 30% deposit is due upon order confirmation. This covers material procurement and production line allocation. Before shipment: 70% balance is due after the buyer receives the final QC report and photos but before goods leave the factory. Payment receipts and shipping documents are provided upon balance clearance. For first-time clients without established trading history, the standard 30/70 split applies. For repeat clients with a consistent payment record, more flexible terms may be negotiated. Sample Payment Terms

Sample fees are paid in full before sample production begins. Acceptable sample payment methods are T/T, PayPal, or credit card. Sample fees range from $50 to $200 depending on jacket type and sample complexity. The sample fee is fully deductible from the first bulk order. If the client does not proceed with a bulk order, the sample fee is non-refundable but the sample is retained for future reference.

Currency

All quotations and invoices are issued in US dollars (USD). Payments are accepted in USD. For T/T payments, the buyer is responsible for all bank charges and intermediary bank fees. For PayPal and credit card payments, the transaction currency is automatically converted by the payment processor at their prevailing exchange rate.

Minimum Order Value

Ginwenwear does not enforce a minimum order value separate from the 50-piece MOQ per style. A standard 50-piece bomber jacket order at $15-$45 FOB per piece would have a total value of approximately $750-$2,250. Sample orders have no minimum value and can be as low as a single sample piece.

Refund and Dispute Policy

If Ginwenwear fails to deliver goods within the agreed timeline (excluding force majeure or shipping delays), the deposit may be refunded at the buyer's request. If goods are rejected at final QC for failing AQL 2.5 tolerance, the buyer may request remanufacturing of defective pieces at no cost, a credit toward the next order, or a partial refund proportional to the defect rate. Disputes are resolved through negotiation, with third-party mediation available under Chinese contract law.

Invoicing

Ginwenwear issues commercial invoices for all payments. The invoice includes product description, quantity, unit price, total amount, shipping terms, and payment terms. Proforma invoices are issued at the quotation stage. Final commercial invoices are issued upon shipment. The company supports standard export documentation for customs clearance in all major markets.
